Recently, the promotion meeting on the application of process intelligent technology in the new factory area of Xingtai Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. At the meeting, the MCC South team introduced the comprehensive solution for process intellectualization in Xinggang's new factory area. The plan is formulated around four aspects: Xinggang's overall digital architecture and benchmarking analysis, process intelligent solutions, typical cases and best practices, and application ideas of AI and large models, aiming to build an intelligent benchmark factory. The plan emphasizes the guidance of strategic planning, promotes the transformation of management and control models, manufacturing models, and business models, consolidates the foundation of data governance and infrastructure, and builds an integrated digital intelligence system covering intelligent interconnection, intelligent factory, intelligent equipment, IT infrastructure, and data governance. Its core goals are: first, to realize the transformation of the production site, including the automation replacement of high-risk posts, the visualization and optimization of logistics links, and the intellectualization of process optimization; second, to activate data value by building a full-process digital twin platform and tapping the value of historical data.
This promotion meeting conducted in-depth discussions around the theme of "practical effects of process intellectualization implementation". The persons in charge of various branches put forward specific directions based on the needs of the production front line. The person in charge of the technical center said that intellectualization aims to improve efficiency rather than replace people. It is expected that through technologies such as intelligent scheduling of ladles and automatic quality judgment, manual operations can be reduced by 40%, achieving efficiency improvement through staff reduction and quality improvement.
The company's senior management emphasized the importance of intelligent transformation, hoping that MCC South will deeply integrate advanced technologies such as intellectualization and large models into Xinggang's information system construction and intelligent factory platform design, integrate advanced management models, realize efficient organization and refined processes, and improve production efficiency, product quality and reduce costs.
